Women in Construction

Women are part of how we build—across every function.

From ownership and finance to project management, pre-construction, marketing, and the field, women contribute at every level of our organization. Not as a statement—but as a standard.

And it’s not just Wyatt. Women are one of the fastest-growing segments in construction, steadily increasing their presence across both leadership and operational roles as the industry evolves.

In an industry where women still represent roughly 10–14% of the workforce, diverse teams consistently show stronger collaboration, clearer communication, and better project outcomes. We see that every day—on jobsites, in planning rooms, and in how we serve our clients.

Different perspectives don’t complicate the work—they make it better. They bring clarity to coordination, intention to planning, and accountability to execution.

It’s not about checking a box. It’s about BuildingBetterTOGETHER™.
