Based in Dallas, Victory Real Estate specializes in developing multipurpose projects built for hotels, retail centers, national credit build-to-suit, quick service restaurants, office buildings, daycare centers and ground leases. While the company used to manage construction in-house, they’ve now engaged Wyatt to Build Better Together. To date, Wyatt has built medical office buildings, retail centers and more.
