When Jeannette and Tim learned that Shake Shack's VP of Construction planned to fly in from New York to interview Wyatt for Shake Shack's expansion to Texas, they couldn't believe it. And when they learned they were awarded the first Shake Shack tenant-finish in Houston at the Galleria, they were elated.

Since starting as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park, Manhattan in 2004, this modern day "roadside" burger stand serves up the most declicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more.
Wyatt Management has had the honor of completing 6 of the 16 Shake Shack restaurant construction projects in Texas, including a ground-up project in Montrose and a retrofit in San Antonio.
