That’s Victory Group and that’s Wyatt Management. In 2019, Wyatt was building a ground-up Chipotle on a property owned by Victory and they took notice. Based in Dallas, Victory Real Estate specializes in developing multipurpose projects built for hotels, retail centers, national credit build-to-suit, quick service restaurants, office buildings, daycare centers and ground leases. While the company used to manage construction in-house, they’ve now engaged Wyatt to deliver premium commercial construction projects like this one, Building Better Together. To date, Wyatt has built several projects for Victory Group including this retail center construction in Fort Worth, TX, along with medical office buildings and more.
