Te’Jun began as a weekend-only, family-run operation, with founder Joe Reid sourcing crawfish while his wife and daughters prepared their signature sauce. For 20 years, the family served their community from a mobile seafood trailer, delivering bold Texas flavor infused with Cajun soul.
The name "Te’Jun" itself—a blend of Texas and Cajun—reflects their unique culinary roots.
