Bojangles first opened its doors in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a simple focus: Cajun-spiced fried chicken and biscuits. Their chicken is never frozen, and the buttermilk biscuits are made-from-scratch.

The goal from the beginning was to deliver high-quality, Southern-style comfort food in a fast, friendly, and festive environment.

Today, Bojangles operates more than 850 locations across 20 states and is on track to surpass 1,000 stores in the coming years — and Wyatt Management plans to be part of
that growth.
